Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged. You must inform CSF within 24 hours of receipt of the order by email or phone. We will arrange to uplift the item(s) in the original, complete and undamaged packaging. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, CSF reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery slip that accompanied the order.

Advance orders for specific dates must be cancelled no less than 5 working days before the delivery date requested. Orders cancelled within the 5 days will be charged in full.
As all orders other than date specified are immediately processed for despatch, any cancelled order will be charged in full.
