Foie Gras will usually be dispatched on a Monday and must be ordered a week in advance. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

This is the fresh liver to make a pate, terrine or to simply pan fry. Simple recipes are enclosed.
Payment can be made online by any credit or debit card, or by Paypal.
Requests - If you want to have your delivery made on a specific day, or have a note left in the box (such as a birthday message) then there is a text box during the checkout stage you can leave these requests.
We delivery on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday for the standard rate of £5.95, orders over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge Tuesday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost. If you request a Saturday delivery in the checkout notes, but do not select Saturday delivery from the delivery options we cannot proceed with the order.
Packing - your order will be packed in the appropriate temperature controlled boxes to ensure the quality of the product.
