Alastair and Jill Clark started in the food business over 30 years ago when they opened a small deli in Edinburgh. Now operating out of a large warehouse on the outskirts of Edinburgh with their Sales Director Pierre Leger and team of dedicated staff Clarks is committed to sourcing and supplying the best quality products available.
Clarks is now delighted to be able to share their passion for food and their exciting range of products with the food-loving public and welcome you to the Website.
Importing directly from France, Spain and Italy and working closely with Scottish producers Clarks range is extensive. Whether you are after an aged balsamic, some La Mancha saffron, a fine extra virgin oil, a fabulous cheese selection or some Valrhona chocolate or maybe you are looking for that illusive ingredient – the gourmet and home chef will find everything they need.
The warehouse is crammed full of goodies and there are bespoke cheese rooms looked after by our dedicated Cheese Manager. There is also a huge range of patisserie products for those home bakers or cake makers.
